Magazine "Tempo" reported to the Criminal Investigation

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - mayoral candidate Bandar Lampung, Maruli Hendra Utama, editor of Tempo magazine reported to the Police Criminal Investigation Department, Saturday (07/11/2015) afternoon. Hendra is carried by PDI accused Tempo magazine spread false news and defamation.

"Tempo Magazine obviously get information only from leaflets. The leaflet that I mean it is circulating in social media does not clear the source. Very vague," he said shortly before the report in the House Criminal Investigation Police, Saturday afternoon.
Chief Editor of Tempo Magazine Arif Zulkifli denied allegations of false statements.
 



As for the statements reported in a Tempo magazine journalist, Rusman Paraqgueq, Yandhrie Arvian, and Raditya Pradibta, Iqbal Blue, as well as the Editor in Chief Arif Zulkifli. They were reportedly charged with Article 310 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 311 of the Criminal Code, Article 318 of the Criminal Code, and Article 390 of the Criminal Code.
"I believe I acted upon by the Criminal Investigation report. It's not about Hasto (Secretary General of PDI-P) with Tempo, but this is a matter of reporting adverse Tempo me as a candidate for mayor in Lampung," continued Maruli.
Sentra Public Complaints Bureau of Criminal Investigation Police have not been willing to accept the report Hendra Maruli top magazine Tempo.
